(Just a reminder that all residents living in P2 have ID access to P1 - so be sure to come on over!)
The Pondside Apartments stay open for most of the Winter Break (Closed from 12/24-1/5). That means that you are allowed to stay late and/or come back early. You will need to let me know no later than 12/8 by noon. You can e-mail me at jcheney@keene.edu or just reply back to this e-mail. Also, please understand that the Pondside Staff will be conducting Health and Safety Inspections during finals week.
Go-Go Granola
Ingredients:
2/3 cup sliced almonds
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 cup raisins
3 cups rolled oats
1/3 cup hulled sunflower seeds
1/2 teaspoon salt
32 oz fat free yogurt
1 pint blueberries
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large mixing bowl combine: sliced almonds, cinnamon, vegetable oil, maple syrup, rolled oats and hulled sunflower seeds.
- Spread the mixed ingredients evenly on a nonstick cookie sheet
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown
- Remove from oven and let cool
- Mix raisins and granola with yogurt
- Add blueberries or other favorite fruit on top
- Enjoy!

November Break Closing for the Pondside Apartments

You will need to let the RD know no later than 11/20 by noon. You can e-mail him at Jcheney@keene.edu. Once you let the RD know you will receive an e-mail stating what you will need to do over break. Also, Please understand that the Pondside Staff will be conducting Health and Safety inspections starting at noon on 11/26. If you have questions please ask your RD.
November Break Closing For Pondside Hall and Appleton

Have a safe and fun break!!!
The following checklist is designed to assist you in properly securing your room during November break. Please complete the closing procedures listed below.
__1. Dispose of all room trash.
__2. Dispose of all recyclables in appropriate containers.
__3. Remove all perishable food and materials.
__4. Close and lock windows.
__5. Close shades and drapes.
__6. Take EVERYTHING you need with you. You will not be able to access your room after closing.
__7. Turn lights off and lock the door.
