Online Communications develops and implements strategies that utilize new technology and media in ways that support the mission of the Advancement Division and Keene State College as a whole.
Online Communications accomplishes its mission in these ways:

• Through the design and implementation of websites, online communities, and a variety of new and evolving media approaches, Online Communications engages friends of Keene State and the public at large, strengthening community connections and increasing the reputation of the college.
• Online Communications collaborates with both academic and administrative departments to jointly develop online communication plans, and, where appropriate, enables departments to take charge of their own online communication.
• While not usually the provider of enterprise information systems, Online Communications coordinates with the Information Technologies Group to provide current students, faculty, and staff with high quality information resources and technology and ensure a coherent cross-site experience.
