It is expected that the school will open with about 30 pupils, and probably before the end of the year the number will be increased largely. It is understood that the Plymouth school is now full and during the last year about seventy-five were turned away from that school because they could not be accommodated.

The alterations upon the school building are practically all completed and in a few days the school work will be well under way there. Each of the teachers will have a room for his or her classes and there will be study rooms for the pupils as well. The main assembly hall is on the third floor. It is a large and well lighted room, well arranged for the work in hand. There are two exits from this floor, two stairways leading down from the floor below and two or three exits below. The building has adapted itself surprisingly well for school purposes with few alterations except in the rear part and on the third floor.
