During this academic year, Keene State College will be undergoing a review of the existing student evaluation and the evaluation introduced during the Spring 2008 semester.  During the Fall 2008 semester both student evaluations used will available for use; however, the format will be different.  While not accomplished in the Spring, the plan to electronically scan and summarize student evaluations will come to fruition. 

Below are both the existing (historically used) and new student course evaluations as .pdf files. (Please note that the date on the existing form says “Fall 2008″ which was updated for this semester, yet the form was not rescanned.)  These are not of the highest quality, but they are legible. 

As this is the last semester of the pilot, faculty who used the existing form in the Fall 2008 semester will be allowed to use it for the Spring 2009 semester.  All other faculty will be using the new version of the form.
