Campus News: October 9th, 2008

From Kim Schmidl-Gagne: On behalf of the PAT and OS Councils, we would like to invite you to a morning of events on Friday, October 10, designed to help us explore our shared governance model and provide opportunities to discuss issues of importance for all staff.

We welcome and encourage you to attend any portion of these voluntary events:
9 – 9:45 a.m.: All staff meeting, Mabel Brown Room
10 – 11:15 a.m.: Shared governance forum (co-sponsored by NEASC Standard 3), Mabel Brown Room
11:30 a.m. – noon: Discussion of Founder’s Day/Professional Development Day and other issues (OS: Meet in the Mountain View Room; PAT: Meet in the Madison Street Lounge)

Please feel free to come and go during the events.

From Kim Schmidl-Gagne, PAT Council Chair: The PAT Council would like to invite all PATs to the meetings of the PAT Council. The dates for meetings are Wednesdays, September 10, October 8, November 12, and December 10 from 2-3:30 p.m. in the Appian Way conference room. We will send a reminder along with the agenda on Mondays before each meeting, but want you to have the dates as early as possible. We hope you will be able to join us. Please feel free to come, even if you cannot stay for an entire meeting.
