During the upcoming winter field season, skilled AVEO volunteers will use track and sign to survey medium- to large-sized mammal species at several sites within Pisgah State Park and along Route 9 in Keene and Chesterfield, with the ultimate goal of detecting changes in mammal species richness and distribution over time.
